Or oven baking and topping with your favourite herbs and spices. Nothing beats a hot baked cheese on a cold February evening if you ask us!

MEET OUR NEW LOCAL

This is Snowdrop, the new triple-cream, velvety, bloomy, taste sensation from our wonderful local cheese makers Cote Hill. Similar in style to a St Felicien, this cheese is best enjoyed on its own. This cheese is absolutely worth trying, we’re incredibly proud to call this newbie our new favourite local cheese.
